Flat Cut Out (FCO)

FCO letters are solid letters or shapes that are cut from materials such as acrylic, PVC, aluminum, or HDU. They can be flush mounted to a wall or placed off the wall. FCO letters are often used in lobbies, entrances, or conference rooms, and can be illuminated with spotlights or external lighting when used outside.

Installation

Flat Cut Out (FCO) lettering can be installed using a variety of methods, including:

Studs: Thicker letters can be drilled and tapped for stud installation. Studs can be placed in line with brick or block mortar joints or rails.
Standoffs: FCO letters can be mounted off the wall using standoffs to add extra depth.
Double-sided tape: FCO letters can be installed using double-sided tape.
